May 18, 2009 I Lazaroo.“Do me a special favor. Since you have given me land in the Negev, give me also springs of water.”
(Judges 1:15)
You have been so good to me, Jesus!
You have given me far, far, far more than I deserve, more than I can begin to remember.
Not until heaven will I discover the countless times You have intervened in my life and showered me with amazing gifts of which I was totally unaware.
But now – only because You have demonstrated Your outrageous love for me – do I dare to ask You to do me a special favor:
As with that woman long ago, some of the gifts You have given me have become hot, dry, trackless, thirsty desert.
O God! In Your perfect way and time:
Give me also Your springs of water!
