Pray the words of this Lazaroo aloud, in humble adulation:

“This was Job’s regular custom.”

I have regular customs too, Jesus.

Probably more than I realize.

Please show me:

How many of them are serving me well?
How many of them are serving You well?
How many of them are moving me in the direction You’re calling me to go?

Please help me hold onto these Godly customs, Father! Help me never let them go.

But now I have to ask:

How many of these customs of mine are

hurting me
slowing me down
crippling the progress I long to make in You?

Please show me which of my habits and practices I need to change.

You know how hard this will be for me, Holy Spirit!

By now, these customs have metastasized into strongholds of Satan.

But last time I checked…

Not one of them was too strong for You.
