Pray the words of this Lazaroo aloud, with bulldog Holy Spirit determination:

“I felt I had to write and urge you to contend for the faith that was once for all entrusted to the saints.”
(Jude 1:3)

Give me that same feeling, Jesus!

I know I should fight against every argument Satan raises to oppose this amazing faith in which I stand.

But Jude said he “felt” it.

I want to feel it, too.

Fill me with righteous indignation when mere humans challenge You, their Maker!

So grip my heart with throbbing passion for Your cause

that I will pay whatever price necessary to

support Your leaders doing battle on the frontlines
educate myself to defend Your Word, come what may.

I know my faith doesn’t rest on feeling.

Thank God!

But how dare I not feel stirred to the very depths of my being

when heaven and hell

eternal life and death

hang in the balance?!
