Lazaroo – Saturday, January 12, 2013

Pray the words of this Lazaroo aloud, with unrestrained allegiance:
“God placed all things under his feet…”
(Ephesians 1:22)
That helps me understand what’s going on, Jesus:
Nothing –
unless You say so.
God didn’t place “most things” under Your feet.
He placed “all things” under You.
The more I think about that, the more mind-blowing it becomes.
Most of us accept that You’re the head of Your Church –
of all good people.
But it doesn’t stop there.
You’re the head over all people.
Even bad people are accountable to You –
whether they acknowledge it or not.
Nor does Your rule stop with people!
You rule the weather
politics
sports
business
horticulture
art
science
education
all governments
geology
The Milky Way Galaxy and all others
this universe and any others there may be.
You’ve granted us the gift of choice – which means You don’t do everything that’s done.
But You absolutely have the right to step in whenever You please.

your comment :Even bad people are accountable to You –
Jan 12, 2013, 2:18 amwhether they acknowledge it or not” carries the implication that by nature we are good people. I do not see your addressing the need to repent, nor do I see you acknowledge sin, but you say God is the head of all “good people” what is your Bible principle here?
