Lazaroo – Sunday, February 28, 2010

Pray the words of this Lazaroo aloud, with life-altering faith:
“Then the LORD said to Satan, ‘Have you considered my servant Job? There is no one on earth like him; he is blameless and upright, a man who fears God and shuns evil.’”
(Job 1:8)
O Jesus!
I would love for You to be able to brag to Satan like that
about me.
Unfortunately right now…
I’m miles away from “blameless.”
But.
It’s not too late for me to start.
After all, there was a time when Job himself wasn’t worth bragging about.
But then for some reason…
he turned it around.
What would it take to turn me around?
Do it.
I beg You!
so I will be upright in Your eyes…
fear You
shun evil
and one day when You run into Satan
enable You to look him straight in the eye
and offer me as stunning proof
of Your power to transform
the very least.

Hi Steve – thank you for your time and effort. Reading my Lazaroo is the first thing I do each day. I’m not good at praying and my mind tends to wander when I’m the one who’s making it up. You are teaching me how to pray better. – Keep up the good work!
