Lazaroo – Sunday, November 8, 2009
1 comment, Nov 08, 2009
Pray the words of this Lazaroo aloud, with unrestrained allegiance:
“Yet the Israelites will be like the sand on the seashore, which cannot be measured or counted. In the place where it was said to them, ‘You are not my people,’ they will be called ‘sons of the living God.’”
(Hosea 1:10)
I know what it is to be in that place, Jesus –
where no one looking at me would guess I belong to You.
I am so ashamed!
Why do I have moments like that?
What comes over me?
It’s worse than foolish.
It’s just plain stupid.
I know Yours is the only life worth living.
O God!
Help me maintain such a laser focus on You and Your Word that I will be able to say with You at the close of my days on this earth:
“I have brought you glory on earth by completing the work you gave me to do.”
