Lazaroo – Friday, July 17, 2009

Pray the words of this Lazaroo aloud, with total transparency:
“One man from each tribe, each the head of his family, is to help you.”
(Numbers 1:4)
Who are my helpers, Jesus?
I know there’s a lot You expect me to take care of myself.
I accept that.
In fact, I’m ready to admit that I may not be doing everything You expect me to do.
But is it possible that at least one of the reasons I’m not getting to everything I’m supposed to…
…is that I’m busy doing the work of my helpers?
Whose fault is that, LORD?
Mine or theirs?
Is it because they’ve refused to help me?
Or is it because I’ve never asked them for their help?
Show me my helpers, LORD.
Give me the courage to ask them – and the wisdom to do it properly.
And please –
move on their hearts to say yes.

John Tevault Says:
Yes! Iam afraid to ask for help, for I struggle with the question (is this something that Jesus is wanting me to do
Jul 17, 2009, 5:50 amor am I trying to get out of doing it?)
So this lazaroo gives me something to pray about
and not be afraid to ask for help!!!
