Pray the words of this Lazaroo aloud, with total transparency:

This is fascinating, Jesus.

Here I am in my battle against sin –

my losing battle against sin…

and You give me a vivid picture of exactly how it happens
and how to stop it.

It starts with my desire.

I’ve got to confess that.
Own it.

This thing isn’t coming out of the blue.
It’s coming out of me.

Satan sees something I want

and volunteers to be the one to give it to me.

That’s the instant it happens, isn’t it?

How badly do I want that thing?
Badly enough to do it Satan’s way?

It depends, doesn’t it? –

on what I think of You.

If I believe You’re powerful enough
and loving enough

to fulfill my desire the right way
in the right time

I’ll say “No!” to Satan…

and “Yes!” to You.
