Lazaroo – Monday, July 1, 2013
Jul 01, 2013 I Lazaroo.
Think again…as you pray aloud the words of this Lazaroo:
“You should not look down on your brother in the day of his misfortune, nor rejoice over the people of Judah in the day of their destruction, nor boast so much in the day of their trouble.”
(Obadiah 1:12)
People take one look at me, Jesus…
and figure they’ve got me sized up.
When they see me doing well
they shrug.
But when they see me up to my neck in it in the day of my trouble
boy, do they think they’ve got me figured out.
So far as they’re concerned, I had it coming.
As they nod their heads and whisper among themselves
they’re certain they can see exactly where I went wrong.
Well, maybe they can.
But more often than not
they don’t have a clue.
Please remind me of that
next time I think I’ve got someone else’s misery
all figured out.

Tyrone Scott Says:
This is so true about men who cry foul when thing do not get their way in the workplace. Turn the table on them and men shall act like children.
