Pray the words of this Lazaroo aloud, in hope-filled faith:

“…you will be counted worthy of the kingdom of God, for which you are suffering.”
(2 Thessalonians 1:5)

I am suffering, Jesus –

more than some
but not as much as others

not nearly as much.

The thing is, I’m not so sure I’m suffering for Your kingdom. Quite a bit of my suffering

I’ve brought on myself.

But even if part of my suffering is for You

I can’t imagine how that would make me worthy of Your kingdom.

If – since the beginning of time –

there has ever been someone
who was 100% Unworthy…

that would be me.

Wait a minute.

You didn’t say these people were worthy.

You said they would be “counted” worthy – which means…

in spite of the fact they were NOT worthy
You would treat them as if they were.

O God.

O God!

Count me.
