Lazaroo – Saturday, February 19, 2011

Feb 19, 2011 I Lazaroo.

Pray the words of this Lazaroo aloud, in preparation for today’s battle:

“His wrath is poured out like fire; the rocks are shattered before him.”
(Nahum 1:6)

Do it, Jesus!

Pour out Your wrath like fire on the enemies of my soul!
Shatter the rocks of Satan’s strongholds in my life!

My struggle isn’t against flesh and blood.

It’s against the rulers, authorities and invisible powers of this dark world.
It’s against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.

Holy Spirit, fill me full of Yourself as I put on Your armor –

Your belt of truth buckled around my waist
Your breastplate of righteousness in place
my shoes laced up and ready to share Your gospel
Your shield of faith raised to extinguish Satan’s flaming arrows
Your helmet of salvation protecting my mind
Your Word – the sword of Your Spirit – flashing in power!

In deep, moment-by-moment 1on1 relationship with You

so that when today’s evil shows up

I’ll stand.

Thanks Pastor Steve, I so liked this … we need to write this on our outstretched palm as we walk the pathways of this life. We don’t need to fear – He has given us the armor .. we need to wear it!
