Nov 01, 2014 I Lazaroo.
Renew your determination to grow, as you pray aloud the words of this Lazaroo:
“…whatever they were makes no difference to me…”
(Galatians 2:6)
I wish I could say that too, Jesus…
but I’m not there yet.
Too often, I still
judge people by their outward appearance
by their past accomplishments
their past failures.
Too often
I’m too impressed by the wrong people
I too easily overlook those with hidden potential.
Too often, I struggle to
give those who’ve hurt me, wronged me, let me down
another chance.
That needs to change.
Not someday.
Now.
If it does, that means I need to change.
Not someday.
Now.
