Lazaroo – Sunday, January 24, 2016

Jan 24, 2016 I Lazaroo.

Pray this Lazaroo, trembling with emotion:

“Jesus reached out his hand and touched the man.”
(Mark 1:41)

Oh, Jesus.

Your touch…

a handshake
Your arm draped around my shoulder

a fist bump
a high-five!

a bear hug that lifts me off my feet
…even to brush against You in passing.

What I wouldn’t give!

Will I have to wait till heaven?

But until then…

You’ve touched me in so many other ways
that I know Your first physical touch

will be worth the wait.

Hi Pastor, Your Lazaroo was particularly special for me today. What a great thing to know that Jesus is embracing us. I know He does all the time but it would be great to feel his physical “hug”.
