Lazaroo – Sunday, September 8, 2013
Sep 08, 2013 I Lazaroo.
Pray the words of this Lazaroo aloud, with iron resolve:
“Now I will break their yoke from your neck…”
(Nahum 1:13)
First, let me picture a yoke, Jesus…
it’s a heavy, wooden device hanging on an ox’s neck
usually locking it to another ox
preventing one from going anywhere without the other
keeping both of them under the driver’s control.
Obviously, it’s not only oxen who get yoked.
So do humans.
Yoking myself to You is the best.
Being yoked to others involves significant risk.
So now my question…
with whom or with what am I yoked
that I shouldn’t be?
O God!
Break that yoke.
Now.

Hey, Are you familiar with the organization Christians in the Visual Arts (CIVA)? They may be a good source for photographers who are excited to share their work for your web site.
Sep 08, 2013, 12:12 pmSome more ideas. What about reaching out to local photographers ( from this city or area)?
Eventually you may be interested in creating variations of your theme by usingphotographs of people. There is a photographer/ minister named Calvin Kimbrough who now lives at The Open Door in Atlanta who does this. Just thinkin’
