I can’t help but wonder…

How many times have You sent one of these mysterious, powerful beings to me?

Throughout history, You’ve sent angels to deliver messages of hope, answers to prayer – even plagues of terrifying judgment.

You’ve created millions upon millions of them – enough to assign several specifically to me – to protect me and help me in my times of need. 

You even caution me to be kind to strangers…because they might be angels in disguise.

What a sense of awe, of wonder, of spine tingling anticipation this knowledge brings to my life! 

Oh, Jesus!

How dare I look at what’s going on – or the people around me – in the same old way, ever again?
