Lazaroo – Wednesday, February 10, 2010
Feb 10, 2010 I Lazaroo.
Pray the words of this Lazaroo silently in Your heart, knowing God hears!
“Hannah was praying in her heart, and her lips were moving but her voice was not heard.”
(1 Samuel 1:13)
Like Hannah, there are times when my voice is not heard, Father –
but oh, how grateful I am
that even when I don’t have the strength to eke out a sound
the fervent, desperate prayer of my heart is still heard
by You!
You are incredibly close to me, Holy Spirit
so close that You hear the whisper
of my faintest thoughts.
That’s priceless, Jesus!
Because sometimes when my need to pray is greatest
I’m with people I don’t want to hear my prayer
especially the kind of prayer I need to pray.
I am so grateful that at those times I can become one with You in my heart and cry out for Your
peace
wisdom
courage
and receive supernatural help
even though not a single word
passes through my lips.
