Oh, what a comforting thought, Jesus!

Sometimes the boasts of the wicked are so loud
that it’s almost impossible to get away from them.

But Your Word penetrates their noise.

No matter how ruthlessly wicked people rule
Your promises stand.

When it looks most hopeless, I too will stand

confident!

that Your day of judgment, justice and rescue is coming.
