“We ought always to thank God for you, brothers, and rightly so, because your faith is growing more and more, and the love every one of you has for each other is increasing.”
(2 Thessalonians 1:3)

I long for my faith to grow more and more, Jesus!

But while I wait, please help me exercise the faith I already have.

Especially when it comes to showing love to those (like me) who are difficult to love.

Please help me obey You by acting in love, even during those terrifying times when I feel I have no love to give.

I can’t help but wonder…

Is it when I feel like loving others the least, that my obedience makes You feel my love for You the most?

Love is such a supernatural thing. It is when I love by nature, despite the situation is when I know that God is real.
