Lazaroo – Tuesday, November 18, 2014
Nov 18, 2014 I Lazaroo.
Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, as you pray aloud the words of this Lazaroo:
“May the day of my birth perish, and the night it was said, ‘A boy is born!’”
(Job 3:3)
Job was lower than a snake’s belly, wasn’t he, Jesus?
In spite of the fact that Job was living a righteous life, You allowed Satan to
destroy all his possessions
kill all his kids
wreck his health
turn his wife against him
surround him with “friends” who told him he deserved it
If there was ever a man who had a right to wallow in self-pity, Job’s the guy.
But he didn’t have that right…
because he had You.
Nor do I have that right.
Same reason.
