Help my unbelief.

On the one hand, I’m confident I wouldn’t be doing what I am right now – praying like this to You – if You hadn’t called me.

On the other hand, every time I get a glimpse of my despicable, detestable, self-centered depravity, I can’t imagine…

…why You would have anything to do with me.

But You do.

You specialize in people like me.

No.

It’s better than that.

You specialize in me.

With Your own hands You lovingly formed me in my mother’s womb.

You’ve hovered over me every single day of my life.

You’ve rescued me time and again and brought me to this very moment.

For this very moment.

I hear Your call.

Loudly and clearly.

Well, here I am.
