That’s my privilege, isn’t it, Jesus?

To hold onto my faith
in the One who holds me.

I can’t save myself. Only You can do that.

But it’s my privilege to believe You’ve saved me.

I can’t live the way You’ve called me to live. Not in my own strength.

But it’s my privilege to believe I can live a holy life
in the strength You provide.

I can’t find my way to heaven when I die.

But it’s my privilege to believe:

when I close my eyes here
I’ll open them there.
