Lazaroo – Wednesday, April 2, 2014
Apr 02, 2014 I Lazaroo.
Pray the words of this Lazaroo aloud, in faith-filled anticipation:
“So I have come down to rescue them…”
(Exodus 3:8)
O Jesus.
Thank You.
I cry and plead and beg You to rescue me.
At times, it feels like You never will.
After all, it’s not like I deserve it.
I have to face the fact that this may be my lot.
Maybe I’m stuck here.
Maybe this is how it’s going to play out.
Maybe this is where it ends.
And then boom!
Just like that, You show up –
in all Your majesty, glory and power.
I’m free!
Until the next time I need You to rescue me.

Jeff Gregory Says:
There is nothing that causes more agony than waiting for the boom – and fearing it won’t come.
