Pray the words of this Lazaroo aloud, in deepest gratitude:

“But God chose the foolish things of the world to shame the wise…”
(1 Corinthians 1:27)

So that’s why You chose me, Jesus! 😉

You didn’t call me to Yourself because I’m

the smartest
strongest
most talented
best looking
holiest
most likable.

But when You remind me that You love to choose foolish things?

Finally!  A requirement for which I’m fully qualified.

Because when You work through me to do great things

everyone will know it’s not me.

It’s You.

Of course, there’s another reason I’ve been chosen, isn’t there?

You just flat-out love me.
