Pray this Lazaroo with earnest desire:

“Whenever you are thirsty, go and get a drink…”
(Ruth 2:9)

Totally logical, Jesus.

Seems not worth mentioning.

But in this case, it was.

Ruth was gleaning behind the harvesters.
She was expected to stay out of their way.

It took Boaz, the owner, to make it clear:

She was to be treated with respect.

When I thirst for You to guide and encourage me

all I have to do is pick up my Bible

and get a drink.
