Lazaroo Wednesday, September 5, 2012-

Pray the words of this Lazaroo aloud, with refuse-to-be-dissuaded faith:

“When he struck the water, it divided to the right and to the left, and he crossed over.”
(2 Kings 2:14)

I love being able to make things happen, Jesus!

But it’s a lot tougher than it looks.

I start a project that should take 30 minutes.

Three hours later, I’m up to my ears in alligators
no closer to a solution than at first.

To keep that from happening again

I bring in an “expert”
a certified “professional.”

All too often, they charge me twice what I expect

and accomplish half of what I need.

But all of that is with common, everyday challenges.

When it comes to things everybody knows are impossible?

Clearly, I’m out of my league.

So with my track record…

why am I still attempting miracles?

Because of my absolute confidence in You, Father.

Only in You.
