Because Adam and Eve sinned, Jesus

You banished them from the Garden of Eden.

Our sin became so great that You caused a flood to destroy the earth

and with it, the Garden of Eden.

Oh, but that paradise and tree of life on earth

were only copies of the ones in heaven!

reserved for all
who put their faith, hope and trust
in You.
