Sometimes I don’t want to speak of the end, Jesus.

Well…not the end.
My end.

It scares me.

Some people insist it’s not supposed to

but it does.

It’s the unknown, isn’t it?

Even though You’ve beautifully described what awaits me on the other side

my emotions get in the way.

I don’t want to suffer.
I don’t want the people I love to suffer.

Please fill me with Your

faith
hope
love

to know that my end isn’t the end

but a more beautiful beginning
than I can now imagine.
