Pray the words of this Lazaroo aloud, with deep reverence:

“Please test your servants for ten days: Give us nothing but vegetables to eat and water to drink. Then compare our appearance with that of the young men who eat the royal food, and treat your servants in accordance with what you see.”
(Daniel 1:12-13)

This is one of the best things about following You, Jesus.

Your ways are testable!
And You pass the test.

It’s true that my walk with You is by faith from first to last

that faith is being sure of what I hope for
and certain of what I do not see
that without faith it is impossible to please You.

That only a fool would test Your grace with unrepentant sin.

But Your goodness, power and majesty are so evident that they are impossible to hide!

No wonder you invite me to test everything

and hold on to the good.
