“Job was blameless and upright; he feared God and shunned evil.”
(Job 1:1)

Jesus, I would love to be blameless in Your eyes.   But knowing me, such a goal seems unattainable.

Is it possible that “blameless” doesn’t mean “perfect?”  In spite of my mistakes, could I be blameless in Your eyes so long as You see that my motives are pure?

If so, that gives me hope.

I can definitely go to work on fearing You and shunning evil.  The more I fear You, the less likely I am to do what forces You to discipline me.

O Holy Spirit!  Should my fear of sinning against You weaken, please remind me of how close I am to Your Day of Accountability:

When every hand will go limp, every heart will melt and every knee will become as weak as water.

The more God becomes real to us, the more we will fear Him (or respect Him). That is what is so valuable about Lazaroo.com. It helps me to “keep it real”.
