Pray the words of this Lazaroo aloud, with no-holds barred submission:

“…she left the place where she had been living and set out on the road…”
(Ruth 1:7)

You know where I’ve been living, Jesus.

Do You want me to stay here a while longer…

…or is it time for me to leave?

Somehow – no matter how contented I am in this place – I suspect You want me to be willing to drop everything and leave…

…if You say, “Go.”

And no matter how frustrated and unhappy I am with this place – I suspect You want me to be willing to remain…

…if You whisper, “Stay.”

All I ask is that You make Your will absolutely clear to me.

And then

with Your help
in Your strength
as You guide me

I will obey.

Oh.

One more thing.

If Your answer is not what I want to hear…

Please help me with my attitude.
