It’s one thing to read and hear Your Word, Jesus…
a whole ‘nuther matter to take it into the very depths of my being
accepting it as my own
allowing it to make me Your own
inviting it to become part of me
so I can become part of You
gladly surrendering myself to Your transformation
as I gradually, thrillingly, inevitably
become everything You created me to be.
