Pray this Lazaroo in awe: 

“We ourselves heard this voice that came from heaven…”
(2 Peter 1:18)

A lot of people claim to have heard Your voice, Jesus

falsely
mistakenly
manipulatively.

But I can’t let their ignorance or duplicity rob me of this joy:

Some have heard Your voice!

Certainly, the crowds did, 2,000 years ago.

Many of them believed after hearing You.
Even more did not.

So hearing Your voice – though great – is not the be-all/end-all, is it?

Until I hear Your voice
I’ll obey Your Word.
