Pray the words of this Lazaroo aloud, in desperate awareness:
“Go to the hills, so the pursuers will not find you.”
(Joshua 2:16)
It takes wisdom, Jesus…
to know when to stand and fight
and when to run for the hills.
Sometimes what is needed is courage.
Sometimes what is needed is humility.
Well…both are always needed
but that’s where Your wisdom comes in –
to know when to exercise a little more of the one
and a little less of the other.
Sometimes I’ve fought when I should’ve run…
run when I should’ve fought.
Wisdom, LORD!…please!…I’m begging You!
…for heavenly wisdom.
