Lazaroo – Sunday, January 11, 2015
No comments, Jan 11, 2015
Pray the words of this Lazaroo aloud, with burning emotion:
“As he was walking along the road, some youths came out of the town and jeered at him.”
(2 Kings 2:23)
Along this road I’m walking, that’s happened to me, Jesus –
whether I know it or not.
It’s hard when I hear them jeering.
Even harder when I don’t.
I can’t refute what people say about me behind my back.
Of course, I’ve done the same thing to others, haven’t I?
Found fault with people whose situations I didn’t fully understand.
Seldom to their faces, come to think of it.
Mostly behind their backs.
I really need to cut that out.
