Lazaroo – Saturday, December 13, 2014
No comments, Dec 13, 2014
Pray the words of this Lazaroo aloud, overwhelmed with thanksgiving:
“They defraud…a fellowman of his inheritance…”
(Micah 2:2)
That’s ugly, Jesus –
to realize there are people out there –
so-called friends or relatives –
who are willing to steal what I thought was coming to me.
That hurts.
But there’s one inheritance no one can steal from me –
the inheritance You’ve prepared in advance for me in heaven.
The riches of our forever home all your children receive
plus the treasure I’ve laid up over all these years
through my service to You.
That’s the big one – my eternal inheritance –
the greatest of all.
