Lazaroo – Monday, November 24, 2014
No comments, Nov 24, 2014
Pray the words of this Lazaroo aloud, with total transparency:
“Yet when I surveyed all that my hands had done…”
(Ecclesiastes 2:11)
That’s all I have to hear, Jesus…
…to guess where he’s going.
He’s about to say that a lot of what he’s worked so hard to achieve
has failed to live up to expectations
or blown up in his face.
I think that, of course…
because that’s what’s happened to me.
I don’t exactly have the Midas touch.
During some seasons, I think I’ve had the reverse Midas touch –
instead of gold
everything I touched turned to mush.
But the truth is, I might be 100% mistaken –
because Your last chapter hasn’t been written.
