Pray the words of this Lazaroo aloud, in laser-focused purpose:
“…the one who sent me to baptize with water…”
(John 1:33)
Oh, Jesus.
John knew:
He was sent to baptize with water.
And he did it so well, with such focus
that people called him, “John the Baptist.”
What are You sending me to do?
Do I know it – as well as John knew his purpose?
If I know it – am I relentlessly pursuing it with the passion of John?
In Your time, LORD…
may I so give myself to Your calling upon my life
that when others think of me they will recognize that like John
I used it to point them
to You.
