Retain your awe, as you pray aloud the words of this Lazaroo:

“On the twenty-fourth day of the ninth month, in the second year of Darius, the word of the LORD came to the prophet Haggai:”
(Haggai 2:10)

This happened, didn’t it, Jesus?

On a specific day
at a specific time
to a specific person.

It was such a watershed moment in his life that he never forgot when it happened –

as with these dates for many Americans:

December 7, 1941
November 22, 1963
September 11, 2001

For Haggai, this was intensely personal:

The day You Yourself spoke to him.

You speak to me every time I open my Bible, Father!
