Pray the words of this Lazaroo aloud, with laser-focused intensity:

“…an angel of the Lord appeared in a dream to Joseph in Egypt…”
(Matthew 2:19)

It’s miracle-enough that an angel appeared to Joseph in a dream, Jesus…

but to me, the miracle is made even bigger
because of where he was
when You sent Your angel to him:

in Egypt.

Egypt reminded Your people of

slavery
suffering
idolatry
retreat.

I know how it feels to be in a bad place, Father.

I can’t tell You how much it means to me
to see that even there

You show up.
