With deep conviction, pray the words of this Lazaroo aloud to God:

“…you have not set your heart to honor me.”
(Malachi 2:2)

There’s a difference, isn’t there, Jesus –

between honoring You when I feel like it
when it’s convenient
when You do something I like
when someone

inspires
pushes
guilts me into it

and setting my heart to honor You

at all times
no matter what.

The one is conditional –

based on my emotions
my limited understanding.

The other is nothing less than total trust in You.

This day
from this moment forward:

I set my heart to honor You.
