Yes, You did, Jesus – You always do.

Sometimes my cry is loud
as I scream it out at the top of my voice.

Sometimes I’m so weak
that my cry is barely audible.

Sometimes, surrounded by unfriendly people
my cry is silent.

More than once, I’ve gurgled my cry
as I felt myself going under for the third time.

But no matter how I get it out

You listen
You feel my pain

and in Your perfect way and time

You respond.
