Lazaroo – Wednesday, October 30, 2013
No comments, Oct 30, 2013
Pray the words of this Lazaroo aloud, with unwavering faith:
“They did not ask, ‘Where is the LORD, who…led us through the barren wilderness …?’”
(Jeremiah 2:6)
I sometimes forget that’s what You do, Jesus.
It’s not all 23rd Psalm, is it?
green pastures
quiet waters
a table set with abundant food
a cup that overflows
goodness and love following me
wherever I go.
Sometimes there’s…nothing.
Nothing but You.
Why do You lead me into barren wilderness, LORD?
Why do You want me to experience what it’s like to be without?
It’s so I’ll discover this one life-changing truth, isn’t it?
That when all I have is You…
You’re enough.
