Lazaroo – Tuesday, October 29, 2013
No comments, Oct 29, 2013
Pray the words of this Lazaroo aloud, eyes wide open:
“The man who says, ‘I know him,’ but does not do what he commands is a liar…”
(1 John 2:4)
Those are incredibly strong words, Jesus.
I can’t say I know You
and keep disobeying You.
Knowing You isn’t an option.
It’s the difference between heaven and hell.
So I’ve got to understand what You’re telling me, here.
I mean I’ve really got to understand it.
Are You saying that if I truly grasp who You really Are –
the Giver of life and death –
that I would never knowingly cross You?
That’s pretty much it, isn’t it?
