Pray the words of this Lazaroo aloud, from the depths of your soul:

 “My heart rejoices in the LORD…”
(1 Samuel 2:1)

So does mine, Jesus:

My heart rejoices in You!

I may not be happy about all the circumstances I’m facing right now

(although I know You’re working in them for my good)

I may not like what some of the people in my life are doing right now

(although I know You’ve put them around me)

I may not know what the future holds for me right now

(although I know You hold my future and that’s all that matters)

but by faith I declare before heaven and earth:

I will rejoice –

in You.
