Pray the words of this Lazaroo aloud, with Banzai belief:

“Before the spies lay down for the night, she went up on the roof and said to them, ‘I know that the LORD has given this land to you and that a great fear of you has fallen on us, so that all who live in this country are melting in fear because of you.’”
(Joshua 2:8-9)

This is kind of nice to know, Jesus.

Here I am, afraid of these people to whom You’ve sent me

not having a clue
that they’re even more afraid of me!

They’re afraid to give You their lives
for fear their fun will be done.

They’re afraid You hate them for their sins
not realizing how much You love them!

They’re afraid of me, thinking I’m this “perfect person”
who’s going to condemn them.

Knowing this changes everything

frees me from fear
allows me to comfort them

with Your amazing Good News.
