Pray the words of this Lazaroo aloud, with every fiber of your being:

“To you, O LORD, I call…”
(Joel 1:19)

I call to You first thing every day when I get out of bed, Jesus –

You’re the only one who knows what the day holds
who can perfectly guide my every step.

When emergency strikes…
You’re the first one I call.

No one else can move as fast as You
No one else understands every aspect of the situation
No one else can touch Your unlimited power to act.

I call to You again and again throughout the day – 

sometimes because I need You to help me

work something out
fix a relationship
meet a deadline
deal with an emotion

but at other times

just because I love Your companionship.

I call to You last thing before I go to bed.

You’re the only one who can grant me the sleep I need
and keep me safe

all through the night.
