Take the plunge, as you pray aloud the words of this Lazaroo:

“He answered their prayers, because they trusted in him.”
(1 Chronicles 5:20)

I’ve always wanted to know how to get my prayers answered, Jesus.

Now I know.

All I have to do

is trust in You.

It’s not too complicated, is it?

This isn’t rocket science.
I don’t need a Ph.D. to understand it.

You put it down here on the lowest shelf

so everybody – even a child – can reach it.

You’re looking for people

of any color
any background
any height and weight
any personality
any economic status
any ability

who trust in You.

Those are the people
who get their prayers answered.

Wow.

Of course…that’s not necessarily the same bunch of people

who say they trust in You.

When all is said and done

more is said than done.

If I trust in You – really trust in You –

You’ll know it.

And answer my prayers.
