Lazaroo – Sunday, February 19, 2012

Step back in awe, as you pray aloud the words of this Lazaroo:
“The temple I am going to build will be great, because our God is greater than all other gods. But who is able to build a temple for him, since the heavens, even the highest heavens, cannot contain him?”
(2 Chronicles 2:5-6)
That’s my dilemma whenever I try to do something for You, Jesus:
What do I get the God who has everything?
Whatever I do for You
You can do better for Yourself.
Whatever I say to You
You can word more accurately than I could ever express it.
You know what’s in my heart before a word is on my tongue.
You can tell that the words I utter
are but a pale reflection of the emotion I feel inside.
But because of Your great love for me
I cannot be silent!
In utter gratitude, I will serve You with all my heart
to my dying breath.
