Lazaroo – Thursday, December 30, 2010
No comments, Dec 30, 2010
Pray the words of this Lazaroo aloud, with faith unleashed:
“In those days Peter stood up among the believers (a group numbering about a hundred and twenty)…”
(Acts 1:15)
There was actually a time when that was the total number of Christians worldwide, Jesus.
How did we become two billion –
all at once
right now
alive on the earth today?
That’s not counting the hundreds of millions of Christians who have died over the past 2,000 years –
who are cheering us on from their front row seats
and who are, at this very moment –
eagerly waiting to welcome us into heaven
to show us around…
to personally introduce us to the heroes of the faith
that up to now we’ve only read about, in our Bibles and history books.
But there might be a better question than how we reached our first 2,000,000,000 believers.
What’s my part
in reaching the next 2,000,000,000?
