“Thus the heavens and the earth were completed in all their vast array.“

What was that like for You, Jesus?

It had to be a feeling like no other.

Until Day Six of creation, You called what You had made

“good.”

But when You stepped back at the close of that last day and surveyed the whole thing, You called it –

“very good.”

“Very.”

It’s a word You like –
You’ve used it 296 times in the Bible.

You must like it “very” much 😉

When I see some of the other ways that same Hebrew word is translated in Scripture

You give me a glimpse of just how much
You liked what You had just made.

To You, the heavens and earth were

so good
all good
fully good
utterly good
abundantly good
completely good
exceedingly good

more than good

And my absolute favorite:

too good.
